Shy and quiet at first glance, I open up like the flower when I have a great story to tell, and I love telling stories. My fondest tales come from my travels – from taking Soviet-era helicopters to mountains atop cities in Tajikistan, to getting bit by a swan on the shores of Lake Geneva.
At Ryerson, I study political science with a minor in professional communications, and have a love for writing about politics and fashion – and business and finance, of course.
My favorite author is Malcom Gladwell because of how he takes a different approach to traditional stories such as David and Goliath. In the fashion scene, I enjoy reading GQ Style Editor-in-Chief Will Welch, as well as Jake Woolf, who recently left GQ to start his own fashion start-up.
